What Small Wins Look Like
My mantra in product building is to get a small win every day. Iterative successes compound.
My small win yesterday was planning the marketing strategy for Accountgram by imagining what a successful marketing outcome looks like for Accountgram, and then working backwards to achieve it.
I woke up today with a couple of small wins and I wanted to share with you what these small wins look like.






These emails feel good, but some semblance of product-market fit is:
- Getting the first ten customers who uploaded their debts for us to collect
- Our product collecting successfully for these customers
I am going to use these small wins as motivation fuel for the next few wins. One takeaway that I got is that we should be targeting VCs to serve as a form of distribution channel for their portfolio companies.
